Scott Covered Bridge can be found off Route 30. The bridge itself is closed to traffic, but you can walk across it. On Route 30 there is a small pull off for 1 car at one side of the bridge as well as an historic marker. There is a larger pull off for 2-3 cars a couple hundred yards before that and will give you a view of the bridge spanning the river. Alternatively you can get off Route 30 before Townsend and head down a (well maintained) dirt road that passes the entrance to Townsend Forest. This is a bit out of the way but will start you at the other side of the bridge.
