The Flower arrangements were beautiful. My only complaint is 2 calla lillies did not hold up. They were very limp, the morning after I picked them up. I did order them late to avoid the heat. They were kept in a refrigerated room. But beautiful work.
Peoples is absolutely full of caring compassionate people who go out of their way for their clients. I have used them for years and I highly recommend this company.

The two woman who work at the downtown location are incredibly rude and made me feel like I wasn’t welcome. I called before I came in and one of them told me not to come in because they close at five. It was only 350 when I called. I went in anyway and they did not want to help me and had already closed the shop. If your sign say says open til five then that’s what this company should give the customer. Both woman were on their phones and refused good customer service. Very short and disrespectful. If you need to be done at 4 pm then find another job that closes at 4 pm. I have been a long time customer and have spent a lot of money on flowers for anniversaries wedding birthdays etc. Not sure I will spend my money here anymore.
I ordered and had delivered 2 flower arrangement this week for friends that have lost loved ones this week. the flowers were delivered on time and they are quite beautiful. Grateful to have a local flower shop in Albuquerque.
I have used People’s Flowers several times in the past 3 months and am ALWAYS satisfied with the products as well as the service!! If you are wanting to brighten someone’s day I highly suggest choosing People’s Flowers to help you do so, you will not be disappointed!!!
