Went to try the new pub burger, ordered the pub fries to go with it..plus some other items..they not only screwed my order up once..but twice.. They fixed it the first time,so I thought! Until I got home and had the wrong item that was barely cooked! Not happy!

Cashier lacked personality and patience despite no customers behind me. Front-end staff seemed dis-com- bobbled. Food was fresh, dining area was clean and so were the restrooms.

I made a quick in on out way through. Super clean and very friendly employees made this a Wendy's that others should use as an example.

I eat at Wendy's every so often and we stopped at this one just to grab a couple of frosty's. I asked for two, got charged for one. When I reminded the server that I had asked for too she quickly brought me a second and didn't charge me. That was very nice although unnecessary. I figure the mask wearing made it difficult to understand each other.
