I went there with my brother to look at a truck. We met with Joe, the sales man. A very friendly gentleman who spoke with us with no pressure. My brother agreed on a price for the truck and in under two hours the deal was done. The finance person was also very friendly and no pressure. The sales experience was quite pleasant I have to admit. And I'm always very skeptical about car dealerships in general. I would say, give these folks a shot. They seemed quite pleasant to deal with in my book.
My husband and I talked with Shane over the phone on Saturday and he initiated all the steps needed so we could have a smooth transaction on Sunday. We made the 6 hour drive from Pennsylvania on Sunday morning and we were well taken care of.
My Wife's car was in for service. They were grea! Prompt service and they kept us informed all way thru the process.nWe also met with Kevin in sales to discuss our options in finding a truck for our son.nWe left feeling very good about our going the hour plus to get there.
