We stored our trailer at VT RV for 16 years, and also had them maintain and service it during that time. We were always pleased with their service. They were always fun to work with, made repairs very quickly and simply paid attention. We were very happy with them and would highly recommend them for service or storage. They’re good people.

BUYER BEWARE! drove two hours to look at an RV that was for sale at this place. It was listed on the website and on RVTrader.nIt was a 1989 Mallard. The inside stunk really bad and all of the carpet would have to be ripped out ...it was clearly a project. I brought with me the NADA blue book value which was $4000. After looking at the RV it clearly needed work, there were two places that were leaking and had water damage and there was no generator.. Well there was a spot for one but obviously someone removed it.nI asked the man behind the desk who seemed to own the company what’s the best he could do on it and his reply was. “What’s on the sticker is what I’m selling it for ...I got a guy who will buy it right now. “ The sticker was $5995 almost $2000 over market price. If he had a guy that was going to buy it why did he put it on RVTrader and his website. Everybody wants to feel like they got a deal. This guy is just taking advantage of people buyer beware.

Nice, friendly location. Called and brought in my class A motor home within an hour. Water pump was weak. Took 20 min to change/clean filter. Charged me 38 bucks for part and was on my way. Thank you!

In October 2019 my wife and I were in a northern Vermont campground when the macerator stopped working. I called probably a dozen service companies throughout Vermont and eastern New York. The responses were either no answer, no callback, or no techs available as they were committed to winterizing local RVs. Fortunately, with Vermont RV Sales & Service it was completely different! Allen spent several hours on the phone trying to find a replacement macerator and called me several times with his progress. He was able to locate one that would be delivered by the time our trip took us to southeastern Vermont. I drove the RV in, Allen stopped what he was doing and waved me into the service area. Turned out that the macerator was merely blocked with “debris”. Allen did the dirty job and in about an hour I was ready to go. There was no problem or charge for the part that wasn’t needed, and the labor cost was extremely reasonable. There is no question that if we ever need service and we are in the area, this is the first place we will call, and I do not hesitate in recommending this company to others.
