Let me preface this by saying HR block did my corp return this year and they were great. However, I submitted my personal tax info on 8/25. I've received no status on my return. I've called 5 times in the last 2 weeks and messaged them several times. I've received no call backs or messages.nnMy return is due in 9 days and I have no idea if they have even looked at my info! No one ever calls back or responds to my messages.nnI can't recommend them at all.

The Brattleboro office took a few days to assign a knowledgeable professional to my case. The first agent was not helpful. The second agent, Megan Nutter, was wonderful.....

Just a miserable experience overall. I won't go back to this office next year. I hate doing taxes and I've moved around a lot, so things get complicated. They were condescending and really let me feel how stupid they thought I am. Just making me hate taxes that much more.
