I made reservations weeks in advance and a red flag should of gone up then-When you can’t request a site! I explained the reason for our trip was we were purchasing a vehicle there and would be making a long wk/ed out of it. Well circumstances quickly changed and we’re out of our control the car Dolly we brought to tow the vehicle back did not work with this new vehicle. As such we had to drive our RV and the vehicle separately back out of state and could not stay the extra two days. As such my husband explained to the office and they had no Sympathy or concern or good business sense to work with us To even reimburse one night out of the three that were paid and only One used. I would never recommend their business for this reason! Things happen out of our control and other humans should work with you and be considerate but this is the world we live in today money hungry people with bad business sense! I will never patronize this establishment again and will never allow any family or friends to either!
