This place is a little run down. It badly needs a paint job. The washers in the laundry are all full of hair and dryed on dirt. Wiping them out once a week would take care of that. We like staying here because it's close to Havasu and all the city has to offer. I only wish CRA would take a little more pride for the sake of its members.

Best resort pool. Building showing wear😬 Bathroom floors need cleaning.

The staff are efficient, accommodating, and very friendly. The breakfasts are great and you feel like your being pampered. Lots of things to do in the clubhouse and the East side pool and hot tub were good. The downside is that the owners (not the management) should invest in some REAL internet service .... you can afford it!!!

Colorado River Adventures Membership park.not open to the public. Friendly staff. 2 Swimming pools and hot tubs. Club house. Close to shopping.
