Had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle from Bradley Chevrolet. Eddie is great to work with and never gave up on helping me find what I wanted. It was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and made truck buying a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service.
I scheduled an oil change, routine service. I also needed new tires. Upon arriving told Diane I had a problem with a window switch. She checked it out added it on the service order and l let her know I had ordered tires and Brandon in parts had them. Diane put down the estimate with an alignment "if it needed it". Wow, everything got done in less than 2 hours and Diane let me know I did not need an alignment. This was a phenomenally productive, pleasant and exciting visit. Diane was fun and efficient. Amazing service.
Eddie was an amazing sales man! Made my first car buying experience great. Wasn't pushing me on anything very informative. Everyone I dealt with here was as professional as you could hope for.
We are so thankful we found David at Bradley Chevrolet! After a few truly terrible experiences we were happy to drive 4 hours from California to come buy our dream truck from him. By far the most honest, upfront and genuine salesperson we have ever done business with. We will not only be referring him to everyone we know we will definitely be buying any future vehicles from him! He answered all of our questions and made everything easy and quick. It was excellent.
Eddie Gonzales was very helpful and excited to help us. He even tried to do a dealer trade to find us exactly what we were looking for. We live in Phoenix Metro and have access to many Chevy dealerships none of them had demonstrated the excitement or willingness to help as Bradley did. If we were in the market for another new Chevy, we would contact Bradley first.
