The absolute best! Friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced. They don't do any unnecessary work either; when I went in for new brake pads, they were very honest and said the back ones needed to be replaced but I could get another 2 months out the front ones, it was up to me if I wanted them all done now for convenience. And they managed to squeeze me in when I had a battery terminal issue and had to get the car towed there over the weekend.

I can't recommend these guys enough. This is one of the best car repair experiences of my life. Visiting Vermont from New York City, our engine started misfiring, running sluggishly and making some weird noises. Having had engine sounds like this is the past and having to pay a ton of money, we expected the worst. We had to get back home, so we caught ride with a friend back home and dropped the car off at Waterbury Center Auto Repair on the weekend when they were closed. Left the key with a note, and again, expected the worst. We get a call Monday morning, we tell them to take a look and see what they could do. At this point I'm expecting a call saying it's going to cost three grand or something, but Brook calls back a few days later with our bill, $250! Dealing with dishonest crooks many times in my life made me expect something really bad, especially not being there. Brook and his guys were completely honest, did great work and fixed our car quickly. Being so far away I had to take the train up to get it and they even dropped it off at a convenient location for me to get late at night when I got in to town. These guys are great.
