The online sales rep and the sales people who assisted us are top notch! They were very patient and gave us a fair deal on our trade and great advice. We needed a truck that could serve as a everyday real estate vehicle and tow our camp trailer. They did not give up until they found us the perfect one! I love my Ram Rebel as my work truck and my husband is super impressed with how strong the HEMI is and how it handles when we tow. He said tows like a Boss! Excellent service fixing a safety recall issue on my Fiat! Brent was great -- personable and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable that my car was in good hands. I will definitely be taking my car to this dealer for regular servicing and any other issues, even though there is another Dodge dealer closer to my home.

This company isn’t even worth 1 star. We inquired about a 2020 Dodge Challenger yesterday. Spent hours on the phone trying to arrange an appointment to view a specific car we were highly interested in. Did all the steps required and answered all the necessary questions. They ran our credit for an application and we were approved. Mind you we have 3 Dodge Challengers already. My husband tried several times to pay a deposit over the phone. Only to be told that the person who does trades and deposits wasn’t there and they would be contacting us first thing the next morning. We planned on driving down from Tempe with 2 of our 2018 Challengers to trade in and also buy the 2020. We also had already arranged for the trip. When we didn’t receive a call first thing my husband called to inquire again about securing the car with a deposit only to be told they sold the car first thing in the morning. So, the hours we spent giving our information, them running our credit, us being approved, us basically throwing our money to reserve/hold the car was a big waste of time. If you aren’t willing to supply your customers with adequate phone or internet sales than you shouldn’t be advertising your cars. I’m a Karen, but I am not a Karen that normally complains. Nor, do I ever leave bad reviews. Congratulations on making me be a Karen. The service we received was horrible. We already started the deal on the car. We tried numerous times to reserve the car!! My advise is don’t waste your time with an incompetent business! They most definitely don’t look out for customers.

Scheduled service and truck was taken and worked on at the proper time. Everything requested was done and at a fair price as compared to other dealerships. Would definitely return should the opportunity present itself.
