I took my dually in to have the tires rotated. I found the business to be very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My rotation and balance is 100 percent covered by tire pros warranty. Yet I was told at the end of the service I was to pay a 60 doller fee due to the fact I have a dually truck and the rotation is labor intensive. I informed the shop that I had no intention of paying there extortion due to the fact I have a 100 percent warranty from tire pros that covers rotation and balance for the life of my tires. They opted to cancel the charge. I'd give them a 90 percent rating due to the cleanliness of the shop, the efficiency of the work performed and the helpfully and pleasant staff. Beware of the scam of trying to be charged for warranty work

I was greeted with a smile and asked what they could do for me, quite nicely. I thought I would have to leave my tire and pick up later, but they said they would take care of me right away. Quick service wow! A young man went to my truck and retrieved my tire. A short time later that young man came into the waiting area and informed me my tire was back in my truck. The counter person checked me out at a very reasonable price and I was on my way. Nice. I will be back. Thank you Haralson Tire Pros

I had new tires and a wheel alignment on my 2003 Subaru Outback. I got excellent help selecting Toyo tires for dirt and gravel roads. We had a little misunderstanding about the alignment. Apologies were given and accepted. I loved every part of this transaction. The price was much better than I had expected. So happy to have encountered Haralson Tires in Lake Havasu City.

Chad and staff were great! It was hard to find my tire size but they got it done in a timely matter and willing to work through any of the issues I was having. Also looking out for me by looking at age of tire ordered. 100% recommend over most havasu shops. Other shops had bad customer service to begin with!

They were fantastic!!! I called on Wednesday & they got my jeep in on Thursday for an alignment & oil change that I thought was very reasonably priced. They also let us know about another issue that we suspected needed to be done but we were hoping didn't need to be done, unfortunately (or fortunately as it turned out) it did & they got it done the next day. They all were very professional, polite & patient. Thanks guy's. I'll/we'll highly recommend you to others.
