Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience not unlike the one described by the reviewer Mira, below.nnI took my car in because it would not start. I was called, toward the very end of the work day, and told that the diagnosis was a dead battery and that the cost to fix would be about $450.nnI had to get off work early, buy my own battery (about $175), and install it myself with less than 15 minutes of work. Including the retail price of a battery, the half-hour diagnostic charge, and a charge for the actual time for installation, by my calculations it seems like they still tried to charge me almost double what the actual cost should have been.nnI feel that this establishment tried to cheat me by quoting me such a ridiculously inflated price for such a quick fix. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family, and I will never go there again.
