This is the Worst tax service I have ever used. Disorganized, always filing late, I’ve been hit with penalties and fees, and this year they cost me $1600 for not filing my homestead claim. The hired help told me “she’s not paid enough to handle these problems”; the owner lives in Costa Rica. I will Never use them again, nor should you!
