I’ve had my house hold there in climate controlled for over a year. The place is excellent. Clean, temperature is consistent, dry. Highly recommended. Staff were super helpful and supportive. Location was convenient. Access was easy. Thanks!
My experience with Bridge street storage has been fantastic i recommend over all storage rental places in this area. I love the climate control building and know my items are safe no matter the weather, Also makes for very easy and comfortable entry when needing items from my unit. The owner is great...he came out to let me in the building at 6 PM from his daughters hockey game because i misplaced mine. Just an overall great place!
Jay, the owner, was professional, personable, and very responsive to our questions. His customer service was impeccable --- he met with us, on our schedule and with very limited notice, to show us the facility; he answered my emails quickly; and, after we were finished with the unit, he promptly refunded our security deposit. The climate-controlled storage unit was clean, secure, and monthly rental was very reasonable. This was the perfect place we needed for short-term storage of our household furniture and items during a two-month transition move. Highly recommended!
Highly recommend as a storage unit. I've had a unit here for almost 2 years, not once have I ran into any issues here.
