I really wish this KFC would close already and become a different restaurant. Nothing against KFC itself but this restaurant in particular has been under new management several times, as I have seen on the sign, and its still real dirty looking inside also 7 out of 10 times will run out of multiple things. Today they were out of crispy chicken, apple pies and also we asked for an extra biscuit and it was all crumbled up into pieces and the rest tasted real doughy. I have given it enough chances and I won't be back next time.

Waited in Line from 6:03, finally getting to the window at 6:37 only to find out the girl rang In our order wrong. Come to find out what we did order “chicken tenders”, they were not selling & serving them because they were still “Frozen” and would not be ready any time soon. Left without any food. This KFC has the worst customer service out of all the places around. They should shut down and do some re-training on how to efficiently operate and empower staff for busy times such as; lunch & dinner hours. I would be mortified if I was the GM of this location.

All around poor choice to eat at. Not expecting a miracle, but they didnt have buns for nearly half the menu. Service was mediocre at best. The best part of the experience was seeing someone throw their food out their window and run it over twice.

This KFC needs new management. I feel like they hire anyone with a pulse. They give out days old chicken and rock hard biscuits and they do not care about their customers. I will not be back
