No customer service. I was a super visitor at one the in my career and it has changed since the 90s. Hopefully it will get better. Carry outs use to be ready in 10 minute or less, unfortunately mine took 19 minutes. Needs to improve.
Ordered a medium hand tossed pizza with pepperoni, bacon mushrooms and extra cheese..... what I got was this train wreck of a pizza with no crust for some reason and no bacon. It was difficult to eat . Also got a brownie thing , which was amazing and the wings which were over priced and not that good, they simply put bbq sauce from a bottle onto the wings, absolutely no attempt to toss it at all.the total came to $27 and some change and although the brownie thingy was decent, it was not worth the price. Next time I'll be ordering somewhere else.
I use to love ordering from here but lately they forget an item every time I order. They gotta pay attention and make sure they have everything before delivery
I've always had pleasant customer service. Food is ready quickly, piping hot and fresh. When you want pizza in a quick pinch, give them a try!
Needs to improve communication skills with deaf and hard-of-hearing people.
