Country Camper

I was extremely pleased with the price. I shopped all over the country looking for an RV that would fit my budget. That being said understand that this was during the first initial outbreak of covid and I was looking for the best deal. It took almost 6 months for me to make the purchase but I am very pleased with the outcome. However the reason I am only giving this 4 stars vs 5 stars is because I wanted to come up on a Saturday to do all the paperwork. At their request I came up on a Friday. I took the day out of work and drove 4 hours because They wanted the deal done on the 31st. The end of the month. When I arrived they were extremely busy and looked liked they planned for several RVs to be delivered that day. They usually tell you to prepare for 4-5 hours to go through everything. I was there two hours before I even started my paperwork. All and all I was there 5 hours and still had a 4 hour drive home. I just wish the transition was better and smoother.

Kathy and I had a great experience at Country Camper in E. Montpelier, VT. We were blessed to work with Sam Roya! Sam was very polite, knowledgeable, above all patient and answered our MANY questions. He listened and only showed us units meeting our criteria and not pushy at all!!nWe then worked with Tom for the financing and he too was patient and helpful.nI would highly recommend you take the time and visit this dealership! Oh and be sure and ask for Sam Roya, you won’t regret it.

Country Camper VT was an excellent choice for us to do business. We searched for over a year looking to buy a new fifth wheel and when they advertised the Reflection 29RS we immediately contacted them thru e-mail. Our sales rep was Kurtis Raymond and we started a back and forth communication online while getting all our questions answered. Once we had specs and answers we drove 2 hrs to meet with Kurtis and walk thru the camper. We put a deposit down before we left. Kurtis was very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. When we drove back up over a week later (we had to wait to get our driveway ready), everyone again was a pleasure. Steve took the time to demonstrate everything in the camper while my wife videotaped so we wouldn't forget. He was very knowledgeable and made everything seem so easy. There was never any high pressure from any of the staff. We will start our journey this spring. Thank you to Kurtis Raymond, Tom Ward and Steve for your professionalism.

I went there to buy a camper we found one that needed some repairs no problem, I put a deposit down and was told we will get back to you. Almost a month now and its the same story noone returns calls noone returns emails. I talked to the service manager he said he will find out and call me. Never did left messages with my salesman he NEVER returned a single call even when he said I'll call you by end of day.. I called a week later I spoke to another service person and they said they THINK it was in the shop and had no order for a replacement part the salesman promised he ordered,but of course he wasn't around and they would call back Monday,so once again another week pases 4 so far and I still have no information on when or what was done or if my extra part was ordered..I'm fustrated with the lack of communication and I feel like I don't matter to them my sale is not worth there attention.nnUpdate finally got a call after writing this review just about 4 weeks in went to take delivery and I was not surprised to find the roof that they replaced it with was a used roof different color complete with holes where somebody had put a rack on it at one point...ok not the end of the world then we opened it up was horrible not even an attempt to clean it full of mildew still greese and dirt on the stove refrigerator maybe they swept I didn't expect it to to spotless but at least some effort or attempt. No spare tire the securing Velcro was not replaced still missing ripped..they did fix the tire and Velcro.nnTHANK YOU HUNTER the most professional hardest working person there he was embarrassed at the condition of the unit especially after being fixed and cleaned.nThey couldn't even replace a hatch lock poor man got stuck doing all the work that was supposed to have been done as we waited 7 hours in their garage not even a comfortable waiting room. Innever saw my sales guy after he handed me off to the money department not once did he check up on us say congratulations offer an apology for the total lack of care given to us or the condition of the camper.nnI raised my concern and the sales manager litterly shrugged and said ehhhhh about the lack of communication or zero attempt to clean the unit.nA job now I must do.nOther than the financial woman and Hunter this was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had buying something unless it's a NEW expensive unit they don't care at all not even a photo as you see on the fb page..I'm not a happy camper with how I was treated. They acted like they were doing me a favor..never ever again and I'll pass the word.
