The Sales Rep. that I worked with (Steven R.) was honest, straight forward and didn't pitch me anything that I didn't need or want to hear. Very friendly, energetic and motivated to get you to where you want to be! I will definitely consider Preston's Kia again, in the future.

Steve met us at the door with courtesy, and eagerness even knowing he was working late if he convinced us to buy a vehicle. (We showed up an hour before closing) Yet he worked diligently and very professionally to have us in and out the door in what I would consider record time!! His great sense of humor allowed us to get to know him on a little bit of a personal level and made us feel extremely comfortable with our purchase.nI was impressed with the promptness of the internet tactics as well that seemed to be followed up by Nicole ( she talked me into the dealership and followed through even the next day) Just a great buying experience all together. Thank you Preston's Kia great job!!!

We were walk ins and Steve was a good listener to our needs and wants and even when we didn't seem to have a deal he suggested another car that might fill our needs better and more available. When that car sold before we made a decision he worked hard to find us another one...... and finally came up with one that was agreeable to our price range... very cheerful, helpful and went the extra mile to fill our needs

Called to schedule an oil change on Wednesday asked for service dept got told they weren't answering took name and number said they would call me back as of Thursday at 11:30 still no call back so I called again asked for service and again got told they weren't answering can I take a message and they will call you right I told the guy nope went through this yesterday and they didnt call back not a good way to make a first impression
