We had a GREAT experience at 802 Toyota! The power hatch was always wonky on our 2014 Highlander (not purchased at 802 Toyota), and instead of spending several thousand on fixing the hydraulics and power buttons, I wanted to see if we could switch it out for a “regular” lift gate - no fancy buttons, just opening like all hatches did in the ‘90s, lol. Phil was so open-minded about my idea and happy to do a little research to see if it was possible. A few hours later, Phil called back to say he thought it would work, and now I have my ‘90’s throwback hatch! I can open it one-handed, and it was a fraction of the cost of completely fixing the power buttons, etc. Not every repair place would do the extra research or be willing to try something new. These guys were great.nnI also needed a key made, and the front desk was amazing at scheduling both together at a time that worked for me given my commute.nnDuring my visit, there was plenty of social distancing, mask-wearing, and available hand sanitizer. It was organized, clean, and friendly.nnI would gladly drive over an hour again to work with them. I couldn’t be more thrilled!! Thank you, 802 Toyota!

I'm now a Toyota Rav4 and Toyota Tacoma into my history with 802. Phillip Heinz has been my guide the whole way, and when your Vermont car dealer is also a pork and chicken farmer you know you're in the right place. Great trade in offers, willing negotiators, and laid back atmosphere. Do your research, be diligent, and 802 will meet you half way.

I was not sure where to post this review since it has to do with all of their dealerships in Berlin as well as Burlington. We visited them all, found a lot of great option, and in the end bought a Subaru Outback from them and the service is top notch. I've lived in 6 countries and done work in 50, and this is some of the best service I have ever seen. Also, you can tell a company's culture from the owners and I have the pleasure of knowing one of them (and no, I'm not trying to be biased) and trust and reputation is everything in this business. When good people run a business, then you know you can trust them. I highly recommend them.

Went to 802 Toyota this morning unexpectedly and was greeted by Phillip Heinz ( sales rep )nWe chatted for a bit and I explained to him my plan and he listened . We went through the process fairly quickly and as we got to the financing part I could not be more impressed with him or his managers . The business manager was very thorough and up front about all of my options . We were able to trade in our leased vehicle early , go into a Certified pre-owned 2018 Camry and could not be happier with the deal . Definitely give this place a shot if your in the market for a Toyota !

Cody was amazing! I wanted to have a lot of questions answered ahead of time, to minimize time in the dealership due to covid. He always responded promptly, and with great details.nOnce I was at the dealership, it was a nice smooth process. Cody was extremely knowledgeable with the different styles of rav 4s I was looking to purchase and easily answered all my questions.nThe entire dealership team, including the financing and warranty gentleman, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I look forward to many years of future purchases with this crew!nI highly recommend this dealership!
