Awesome people and cars .if I'm going to buy a Subaru I'll buy it from source
An absolute life saver. We were on vacation right up the road in Waterbury and had an issue with our bearings. They got us in the same day and took care of the issue at a reasonable rate and were polite and professional through the whole experience. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
I love these guys! I just bought my car from them, and every issue I've had has been taken care of fairly and promptly. These guys are really friendly, and they do great work! I'm really happy I chose to purchase my car from them, I'm psyched they're the guys maintaining it, and I'd definitely recommend anyone do the same. Next car I get is coming from here as well. I feel cheated and disgusted. This shop was overcharging me and making up issues with my car, asking me to pay top dollar. They said I needed an entirely new steering rack and wheel bearing ($1,800). I got a second opinion and all the car needed was an alignment ($100). I had been using this shop for a couple years and I feel like I have lost a lot of trust and money through this shop. Please save your money and time and don't go to this shop.
The Source has been great to me for buying cars and service. Brad and Jeff really know their stuff. If they don't have a car in stock, they will get it for the customer.
