I used to love this place. Just went to order today, and they have built a wall/divider up by the front door, because of covid. When I was about to enter there was a gentleman at the window of the divider, waiting to order, or waiting for food. There was a child on the other side of the window, that was hitting the glass window, and yelling in the microphone hello! Hello! Repeatedly, without a mask. I turned around and left. Totally turned me off this place.
Best chinese in rutland
Ordered my food they didn’t give me soup that I payed for, they don’t answer the phone after I called them several times to inform them. There sesame chicken was so stringy my wife couldn’t eat it first time going back in years and last time I’ll stick with China Kitchen at least their food is presentable and edible. Just mediocre service from them
My son and I both got food poisoning the last time we ate there. It is far from the most sanitary restaurant and that is saying a lot as far as Chinese places go because they are almost always unsanitary.
This is a small chineese restaurant, mostly for takeout. It is definitely the best one here in Rutland. It has a small staff and is family owned, stop by and give it a try. The food is cheap with great quality. It's a personal favourite of mine.
