Beautiful passive salt room. There is no halogenerator and while they don't require a mask in the salt room there is no true benefit other than relaxation. Nice place but a bit of a disappointment
Best massage ever! Cara Woods is AMAZING! I was a massage therapist for many years so I know a great massage when I get one.nnCara tailors each session to her client's specific needs. She has excellent technique, great intuitive skills, and perfectly balances the physical work with the energetic.nnPyramid East has a lovely ambiance and the salt cave is a perfect compliment to a massage. I highly recommend both Cara and the Pyramid.
Incredible the salt cave is still so reasonably priced. This is the place to try it if you've never been. Where I live they charge $35 a session.
We had a great time, at the sip and dip. Talented and very kind instructor. And great spread of snacks and herbal teas!
