I am not happy with the customer service at the Brandon branch. Tellers do not greet people in a friendly manner, they door not protect privacy at the counter, and too many times questions regarding their insurance plans go ignored due to lack of knowledge. Henceforth lack of disclosure. In addition when there is a discrepancy and no one knows how to deal with the discrepancy it is ignored until the customer blows up and contacts the police. Apparently, they do not have a qualified CFO or attorney to go to say hey there is a strange situation going on and I don't know how to handle it?
