If you are looking for a good restaurant just outside of Rutland, then Franklin's is the place. From the cold beer (I had a draft or 2 of the Rutland Red) the soups and the main meals, everything was tasty and plentiful.
It was okay. Was told they had homemade soup before we arrived and was told when we got there it was from a bag. Service was average.
Great chicken wings and a quiet place to get a drink!

Stopped here after a funeral. While the reason for being here was a sad one the place was AMAZING. Ordered the taco salad and was not disappointed. Also has a cozy Proctor feeling to it which was a massive plus. 10/10 Will come back.
