Brandon RV

This year in February we went to the Springfield Ma rv show, but didn't have the intention of buying something as we had a 2018 Springdale Mini but after seeing a Gulf Stream Innsbruck through Brandon rv we decided to trade in our camper. The poor customer service started right after filling out the first part of the paperwork at the RV show.nI called several times with questions about the camper and paperwork as we weren't scheduled to pick up the camper for 3 weeks after first seeing it, they would never call me back. I had asked for all paperwork to be ready upon arrival because we were driving 2hours to get the camper and we would have our small children. When we got there they had spelled my name wrong on every piece of paper, even though they had access to the proper spelling, so we had to wait for it to be redone. After we drove the 2 hours back home, our door to our room fell off, I called immediately and was assured that they would talk to Gulf Stream and get us new hardware, we have contacted them at least 6 times about this with still no resolution. When we took our camper out camping the water heater turns itself off, another design flaw but we have spoken to them several times on this issue as well and they DO NOT call back when they say they will. This place has the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I wish I had not gotten this camper from them. We understand things aren't normal right now with Covid but they ignore us now that we have our camper. Just called Gulf Stream and they didn't even send in our camper warranty.

Terrific price, however, first time out hot water heater leaked all over the bathroom and bedroom floors. Took back and they fixed it but we did loose 5 days at campground at 1000 islands. Now we are again camping for 10days and hot water heater won’t stay running so no hot water. We’ve had many campers from truck camper to rv’s, this toyhauler and a motor home. Never had water heater problems. I guess you get what you pay for
