I have not purchased a car from Ted Green Ford. I simply had my pickup undercoated. Even though this was my first time there I was treated like I was important to them. Everyone was very friendly, and polite. Being one of the remaining small family new car dealerships makes them totally unique. It is comforting to know that such a place still exists. They also work on all kinds of vehicles, not just Fords.

I have purchased many cars from Ted Green Ford, starting with vans when my kids were little. Now both of my kids that were in car seats have purchased their own cars. I keep saying they need to advertise, from carseat to car! I love working with the sales staff they are so helpful. They also were great helping my kids buy their first cars. Ted Green Ford sales staff are there to help you. This is the only place I will buy a car.

Ted Green Ford, specifically Ray in service, helped us out in a real jam. The clutch on my 2009 Subaru Impreza went and Ray provided kind & professional service quickly. We were travelling and Ted Green Ford welcomed us and our 2 dogs - My dogs were welcomed with some treats and they even provided us with a ride to go and get a rental car. Ray was great at keeping us updated on the progress of the car. The car was fixed very quickly. I trust Ted Green Ford with my Subaru! :) I can't wait to go back and have an oil change!
