Nakoma Strong Health and Fitness Center is easily the best fitness center/gym/box I’ve ever worked out at. Being able to utilize the open gym as well as classes under one membership is extremely beneficial. Nakoma also maintains a clean and healthy environment for all gym goers. The excellent coaching staff, quality equipment and friendly faces make every workout an enjoyable experience.

All of the coaches truly care about your personal growth and goals. The coaches are very knowledge when it comes to modifications, form, and techniques. They keep up on their continuing education and are always bringing new ideas forward. All of the box members are like family. A very comfortable and supportive atmosphere to workout in. I’m now strong enough to do things I could do in elementary or high school like rope climbing and pull ups because of the programming. Hands down the best box!

I never thought I’d be someone who does CrossFit, mainly because I never thought I’d be able to DO CrossFit. The environment is welcoming, friendly and fun! All of the coaches and members make CrossFit seem more like a family than a fitness center.

This is the 3rd CrossFit gym I have been to since I joined CF in 2016. This is by far my favorite. I feel very comfortable at this gym and people here are more like family than just workout partners. The coaches are awesome and the facility is amazing. This gym is about 50% men and 50% women. This is not an ego driven competitive environment like some other gyms I have been to. Young, old, overweight or extreme athlete, this place is for you because it is warm, welcoming and encouraging.
