I rented snowshoes from Black Dog yesterday and I must say I had a great experience with the service and product from start to finishud83dudc4dud83dudcaf I’m glad I decided to go with it as the mild temperature melted most of snow today! Dave Manning, the owner, was an affable guy and kindly showed me how to fit into the Snowshoes as it was my first time trying. I could tell he loved what he does and after a bit of a chat came to find out that he actually was a Pro Skier⛷ According to their website, he’s also one of the best Ski & Snowboard tuners in the country having tuned Skis for seemingly big names I personally couldn’t recognize! This is definitely a one-stop-shop for all your Ski & Snowboard needs!
Went in early for a rush job to get my bindings mounted for that same morning and they were done before the lifts were running. Thanks again for the great service and job you did!
Took seven of my friends to Killington for a weekend and stayed close by to Black Dog. The owner, the lovely Grey haired older gentleman, showed incredible customer service and respect. He had great chat, great service and gave us discounts. He even fixed my boot for free. Considering I’m a tourist, he could’ve ripped us off like most, but he didn’t. He is a stellar human and as a company, Black Dog produce great deals. Definitely get your gear here!
You will not find better service or better people. Dave and his crew provide an in-shop experience that is above and beyond. The recent updates to the shop make for a very fun and welcoming environment.
Great and friendly staff. Great prices, right next to the mountain.
