Quick service from their knowledgeable staff. A well stocked store and a dump site as well.

We bought a camper at Camping World and received zero customer service when our trailer began having issues within 6 months of buying it. Being an star-craft authorized service center, Cris agreed to fix it under warranty (which he spoke directly to star-craft to help facilitate). Not only did he make the camper like new again; we later decided to trade our camper in and purchase a new one from Exit One RV. The service has been outstanding. If you buy a camper from Exit One, you can expect tonactually talk to either Cris or Zack when you call and have your questions answered; unlike the bums rush you will get from Camping World. Don't be fooled by the big box RV stores and think you are saving cash by buying from them. By the time they add in delivery charge and other fees, it is less expensive to buy at a smaller independent dealer where customer service is exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Cris and his crew at Exit One RV!

My wife and I wanted to get into the RV lifestyle and spent endless time researching on the net. We went to other dealers in New York and felt like we where being steered towards units that they couldn’t sell to anyone else. Then we took a ride to Exit1 RV.nKelly was great going thru everything during our initial visits. Yes twice before pulling the trigger! Paperwork was organized and not difficult to get thru, no extra sales pitches for this that and the other thing. Once we picked up the unit, a used Starcraft, they took the time to go over it, thru it, top to bottom with us. Answered every question we could think of and did a complete demonstration of everything in the unit. Even set up and installed our weight distribution hitch.nGreat people to work with , respectful of your time and salespeople are friendly and inviting. Would highly recommend anyone to pay them a visit!

I am very happy with my experience with this company. The sales' staff was very professional. Kelly in particular provided a steady supply of excellent information without any pressure whatsoever to buy anything. From the woman who answered the phone to the fellows who work on the vehicle to Chris, the gentleman behind the front desk it is a first-class outfit from start to finish. I am looking forward to future interactions with them as I go RVing through the years. I know I'm not going to get screwed and that they are genuinely considerate people.
