I brought my newly purchased 2002 Lexus to Alderman's to have them look it over. I have heard that Lexus service is incredible but I have to tell you that Alderman's is a match for anybody. They have a Lexus Certified mechanic who took the time to discuss details of his work with me. Very friendly great service very efficient! I feel very good about owning an 18 year old car knowing that I have Alderman's to help me.

We had an amazing buying experience when buying my used car , the sales team was not pushy, gave me plenty of time to make some calls, let me take photos of the sales agreement. Than the service was top notch when I return the next day with the vehicle making a clunking sound. I had to go back and pick up something I left in the trade( totally my fault) and talked to a manager about the sound( the salesman I had had the day off). The service department test drove it until they heard the noise than quickly got the part and got me out of there in just a few hours! I will definitely use Alderman Toyota again !

The service was excellent. I did not have to wait very long. My only suggestion is that some employees need to be more careful about their Covid masks. Some dropped below the nose. My expectation is the mask should be in place the whole time they are dealing with customers to prevent spray in the building.

We were late for our appointment due to traffic, but Aldermans took us right away and we’re very courteous. Service was done well and everything that I noted was done to my satisfaction. Positive experience.
