I didn't realize that this was the name if the gym...I thought it was called spartan athletic...in any case my daughter aged 11 was there for a 4 night basketball camp with well qualified coaches, nice clean facility. I know that they have a second gym in the building but I was only in the one. When we picked up kids wed eve we watched about an hour of 5×5 games before the awards ceremony. Felt very comfortable there..spacious.
Quality Athletics facilities for Castleton University's sports & games...!!
A good size facility with two gyms, a pool, workout space, a rock wall and multiple locker rooms for the public and the Castleton athletes. This space also has two athletic training facilities if an athlete gets injured and a private workout space for athletes only. In addition to these spaces the athletic department also has on staff 5 athletic trainers and 2 strength and conditioning coaches.
An excellent place to unwind, get in shape, & keep your body & mind moving. I cannot say enough good about the gym, staff, students, & all who frequently spend time there.
