This is our local Lincoln dealership and one of the reasons we decided to purchase a $75,000 Lincoln Navigator. We purchased the vehicle used with under 20,000 miles from another dealership.nnAfter receiving the vehicle, we noticed that the starter would occasionally make a weird sound and that there was a weird shimmy / shake that would come and go while driving down the freeway. We called Hayes and scheduled an appointment. We were told that there was no problem with the starter and that the $75,000 Lincoln Navigator had a alignment problem. We proceeded to purchase 4 new tires (we needed winter tires anyway) and we had a full alignment done. Still, both problems persist.nnOn our second service request we asked for the Lincoln concierge (they drop off a loaner and take your vehicle) and the service manager told us he had to call us back because he'd never heard of it.... They did end up doing the concierge, but I'm a little dumbfounded as to how a Luxury Lincoln dealership isn't aware of this service. The service folks got back in touch with us and said that there is a known problem with the starters and they are ordering parts (great !!!) and they did again feel the shimmy / shake (Great !!), but feel that it's due to a flat spot in the tires.... (UGH, really?) Brand new tires and fresh off an alignment from a trusted local garage.nnThe folks that work there are super nice and try to be accommodating, but I've got a $75,000 Lincoln Navigator that literally drives worse than my 3500 pickup. I can't say I recommend buying a luxury vehicle from these folks, and will likely be trading for a new Denali, where at least I know the local dealership will stand behind me. Super glad I bought the new winter tires...nnUPDATE 9/23/20 - Hayes did an in-house alignment to try to better the situation and agreed to try another set of tires and rims when it goes in for the starter service. They just may stand behind the Lincoln product after all. Tim in service has been very professional to deal with.

We recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Jacob Mayhew at Hayes Ford. Since this was our second vehicle, we weren't looking at spending a ton and really wanted to purchase something within our budget without payments. I contacted Jacob and he found the perfect vehicle for my wife and I! He didn't try to sell us on something more expensive or out of our budget and he also went above and beyond to make sure all the little details were taken care of regarding small repairs that needed to be made with the vehicle before we took it home. We all know that car buying isn't necessarily a fun experience, especially with a pushy salesman, but dealing with Jake was a wonderful experience and completely hassle free! Jake is an honest guy and took care of us and I am sure he'll do the same for you!

The five star rating is mostly for Jake in sales; he is what you hope to find in a sales representative at a car dealership.
