Great service. Staff is always looking for the best way to meet your needs.
We love how accommodating, well run, honest, prompt, professional and competent Wolcott garage is. We speak nothing but high praise of Lisa and her staff. We have been taking our vehicles here for several years and even though for us it's a bit of a drive we wouldn't trust another shop closer to us.
The best garage, perhaps in the State. Owner is a gem and the mechanics are all excellent and take time to explain the work they might do before you decide. People go there sometimes just to relax in the friendly atmosphere! But serious repair and preventative work goes on non-stop. Very popular, sometimes hard to get timely appointment. But call Lisa and she will take care of everything for you!
I was referred by a friend. On a Friday afternoon I needed prompt attention to a grinding sound coming from left rear. Turned out a bolt holding brake caliper had broken. The mechanic showed me the problem, replaced the bolt and both brake pads within 90 minutes. The waiting area is clean and well appointed. The owners and mechanic were friendly, fast, efficient, and cost effective. I highly recommend the folks here.
