Stackpole & French

This firm agreed to keep me abreast of their hours on my project to let me know if they were putting in more time than what they had predicted during our initial budget discussion. They did not do this, and the overall cost ended up being a bit of a surprise as it was more than I had planned for. They had either forgotten or simply not taken the time to communicate with me along the way as they had agreed to do, but I let that go, chalking it up to a busy workload on their end and figuring that I was simply a small fish for them. However, what prompted me to write a review was the fact that they also didn't deliver all of the documents that they had agreed to. It's now been over eight weeks, five emails and one phone call since the deadline, and this document still hasn't been produced despite multiple apologies on their end for not yet getting it to me. I'm not sure if I simply wasn't the right fit for their typical client base, or if something internal has happened at the firm, but this blatant and flippant lack of customer service and accountability has my jaw dropping. After reaching out to the business who had recommended them to me and explaining my issue to the group, I have finally received yet another apology from stackpole & french but still no deliverable. I would highly discourage anyone from seeking to work with them despite their local stowe presence and congeniality, unless they have an extremely high threshold of flexibility in regards to a timeline and budget.

Very nice people and very helpful. Prices are a little high but we'll worth it for the service you get.. great job..
