We bought a new used 2010 gmc Acadia and drove 22 hours straight to Vermont from Kansas City Missouri. Car made trip fine however next morning all the dashboard lights were going on, took to O'Reilly to put on computer. They wasnt much help, but they called riverside garage for us. Mechanic on duty said bring it down he will look at it real quick. We literally broke down at the garage at 3 o'clock on a Friday afternoon. Mechanic said we need a new alternator which was minimum 3 1/2 hour job. Explained about having to drive to Maine next day to meet family, shop closes at 5. Mechanic already made plans for the night, but said let's see if we can get a alternator and go from there. Luckily had a alternator there within 15minutes. Rick the owner of garbage not only drove us back to our campsite, he also came back and picked us up and took us back to the car. As Rick was showing me the work the had done he pointed out our headlights was dirty and scratched on the inside. He personally cleaned them almost good as new At no extra charge and he also explained that gmc we would have to take to dealership have them put on computer because sometimes the alternator and battery wont sync up. Asked if we had jumped cables said no just got the car. He handed me jumper cables said here you have alot of driving ahead and I dont want anything to happen to you. Mechanic finished the job in 3 hours saved us a bunch of money and being in customer service business this is some of the finest customer service I have seen in a long time! I used to live in Vermont and told all my friends from there they need to go to riverside garage. They saved me big time.

Needed some help getting a friend snow tires. Rick was wonderful. Even with it being busy season, he made it possible. Very professional and polite. Very reasonable on price.
