Jeffersonville Vermont Automotive

The guys at Jeff Auto are great. I've been to several other shops in the area over the last few years, and between the upselling, the misidentification of problems, the overcharging, and careless mistakes, I've lost patience with most of them. The most recent one (when my car broke down much closer to Burlington), another shop forgot to put the gasket back on one of my ignition coils, and when I checked my spark plugs, there was standing water in one of them. Jeff Auto is the only shop I've ever been to that's been able to catch things that other shops have missed, are very reasonably-priced, and are always friendly.nnJeffersonville is pretty far out there, so auto shops aren't nearly as abundant as they are closer to Burlington, but in the downtown Jeffersonville area, we're lucky to have Jeff Auto right there. Instead of having to catch a ride or take a day off from work, I can walk to and from the shop quickly and easily.nnHonestly, if you've gotten far enough in your search for a garage that you're looking at reviews on Google, Jeff Auto is probably the closest shop to you, and you've lucked out, because they're great.nnEDIT (Sept. 2020): They're still great, and I'm still going there. Even while working remotely further away from Jeffersonville most of the time, I still make a point of bringing my car to them because I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Was in a pinch and they got me right in and fixed my issue right away and at a price lower than I had expected, would highly recommend and will be going back.

Found ourselves with a flat tire right as we were leaving town for an eight hour drive. This guy took us in immediately, fixed the tire and charged a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend this place.

Brought my truck in for an alignment. A few days later I noticed one tire sticking out further than the other and I've lost the ability to fully turn to the right. I rebuilt my front end last month so this is not due to worn parts. I'm curious how this can happen for such a routine job.
