Called around for an oil change, it was the only place that gave me a direct answer and was able to fit me in the following week. Appreciated the great customer service and booked the service. Came in they quickly put on masks (much appreciated) and was offered coffee/ tea they have a nice clean reception area to wait in. I’m new to the area and they gave me some radio station recommendations, it’s the best customer service I’ve gotten at a car shop as a woman, no “issues with my car”.

Rescued by Notch Road Auto Repair! Had a great experience here last week. Friendly customer service, even during this Coronavirus crisis. We had a troublesome leak in a tire and didn't want to drive 450 miles worrying. Turns out we had a major puncture near the sidewall and a patch wouldn't do. Even though they had a full shop, two hours later my van was ready for pick up with a good used tire to get us home. Thanks Notch Road Auto for Top Notch service!

I was shopping for a truck and called NR as the truck I was looking at had been serviced there. They had nothing to gain by taking the time to help me. Derek reviewed the service records with me. He also recalled the truck and gave me his insight. He was extremely helpful and the deal (elsewhere) is going through because of the insight he gave me.nnI do not have anything to service there. I am not a customer. Yet, they were very helpful. I truly appreciate the professionalism.
