Smugglers' Notch Resort

Had a wonderful one week vacation! Due to covid most activities we're closed. We just wanted to get away and distance from others. Rooms and resort was very nice. Looking forward to going back

Brian (reservations manager) was wonderful. I bought a gift certificate for an employee and his young family and due to Covid they cannot go right now. Certificate was to expire but Brian handled everything wonderfully so that my key workers family can still go. It's not the money as much as it is the service and consideration.

I stayed for a couple of days this summer and my family really did enjoy it. This resort has a lot to offer and it's in a really good area where there is a lot to see and do. I wouldn't recommend eating there just because there is a lot of wonderful things to see and do in the area. The local eateries did not dissapoint at all. But this resort is clean and doing all the necessary precautions with the Covid-19 pandemic. We would love to come back in the winter.

No free Wi-Fi along with poor cell phone service. Did not have enough towels for the amount of people we came with. No central air. Despite these minor complaints, everything else is excellent and I would highly recommend this resort. I am likely to come back in the future.
