First time there and we loved it! Clean, everyone was very friendly, and when there was an issue with check-in Sheila (manager) made sure it was well taken care of. Grounds well cared for including flower gardens, pool was immaculate as were the showers. Easy access to lake with good fishing, even from a kayak. Call the campground directly though vs. using RoverPass.

Water and sewer at each camp site; lots of beautiful trees/cover; their bath house is spacious and spotless.

Sights are difficult to get in roads don't accommodate long RVs. Sights don't accommodate long rvs. Utilities are too far from unit and it is very dark at night, no dusk to dawn lights.

Absolutely loved this place, we arrived late on a holiday weekend because another place we reserved had hidden fees. They were gracious and allowed us to pick our spot. They have a great pool and showers. And even greater staff. The lake is just steps from your site. Our daughter even built a fairy garden at the community site 111. Will definitely be back.

When we called the office to reserve a spot for a week, we told the girl that we had a 42 foot RV and she said they had a back in site and we booked it. Upon going to the site, there was zero way we could get into it due to placement of the hookups. The manager let us move to a pull through site that we could have for 2 days but would need to move since it was booked after that. She offered to move the people who booked the site but there were 2 RVs that wanted to be next to each other and we didn’t feel right about them not being together. We did get a 15% discount for the 2 nights we stayed.nThe 2 Star rating is due to the rundown condition of the park. The top of our 7 month old, brand new, RV was scraped by overgrown trees. The sites are just dirt and grass and need leveling. The pool was locked ( and we signed a waiver to use it) It is just a rundown park needing lots of work. The people who work there are very nice, the bay across the street is lovely but this is not a big rig campground.
