Mimmo's Pizzeria & Restaurant - St. Albans

Best Pizza that I had in a long time. Service was nice and staff was very friendly and lovely. Restaurant is clean, so are the bathrooms. Now in Corona times, they did an awesome job and the staff was wearing a mask the whole time. I appreciate that and felt safe and sound while having my lunch there yesterday. Keep up the good vibes and work.

I have ALWAYS loved Mimmo's and been a big fan since they opened. I am so pleased that they are being so proactive about the safety protocols during this pandemic! They have call ahead seating, ALL staff were masked the whole time, (not breathing all over our food like other local places that I've stopped going to) and seated us safely apart. Other patrons were respectful about the mask wearing as they got up from their tables. I felt safe (under the circumstances) having lunch out. The food was DELICIOUS as always and the staff the we encountered were all pleasant. ❤ufe0f They are going above and beyond and it's very appreciated.

Negative 1 star review.nThursday 9/10. I had the worst experience ever. I had ordered lunch the day before, on Wednesday. When my delivery arrived it was not correct. I called right away, & lady told me I would receive a credit on my account. Today Thursday I called to use the credit. They informed me that was not accurate, Accused me of not being honest, one employee told the other to “just hang up on her!”nI then called back, asked to speak with the manager, a very aggressive lady got on the phone- got a loud tone with me, I kept repeating to the lady I do not understand what’s going on, and I was confused at why she was being so disrespectful, speaking to me with an angry tone on the phone. She kept yelling- I hung up. Don’t support this restaurant they are disrespectful & unprofessional. & the lady said she was the owners wife at that! Rude hag.

Clean & comfortable, our trips to Mimmo's are never disappointing. The entire staff is amazing, the food is perfection. A visit means relaxing environment, great people, a full stomach, possibly leftovers, and a bill that won't make you feel guilty as you pay it ud83dude03

Didn’t receive my complete order for my pick up order. when I called to get money back they put me on hold and then said they don’t give refunds. I just wanted money back for the food I didn’t receive. I really used to love this place but that’s wrong
