Best storage experience EVER!! The most amazing, kind and helpful storage manager. They were the best price I could find in town for a large unit. 24 hour gate access. Truly wonderful people!
Best storage place in Havasu. CJ is absolutely amazing. She is always helpful no matter what time of the day it is.
Spoke to a lady the day before she was very helpful on a Sunday. Monday morning came to office no one answered phone from 8 am untill 1040. Lady I spoke to was very rude. Claims she was the manager . Raised her voice. And continuously talked over me. No access to office and to wait until the rude lady Answered the phone. And told me she doesn't work on Mondays and it's not her problem no one is there. Lol great customer service. I wouldn't go here if someone paid it for me. Then she had the nerve to call me back 3 mins later after telling me off about her not working on Mondays. When it says they are open on the business hours
C J was a great help getting me a unit when there hard to come by .
