Walmart Auto Care Centers

This place is great. I thought they made an error on my tires and they quickly offered to pay for it to be fixed at an actual shop. Come to find out, it wasn’t even their error. Just that willingness to fix any issue is perfect.

I went to the auto care center to buy new tires and to have them installed. I got there an hour and a half before closing and there was only 1 guy working who couldn't run the register (although he was very polite about not being able to do). So needless to say I was unable to purchase tires and they lost my business!

HORRIBLE customer service. I got a flat yesterday and need to drive all the way down to New Jersey tomorrow !! I called Walmart auto center in saint Albans yesterday and was told they do have my tire but did not have the time to do it yesterday. I was also told if I came first thing in the morning today when they open that I could beat the crowd and get my tire down. I was promised my tire would DEFINITELY get down if I got there earlier in the day because they were open 7-7 but because they were short staffed it might be a three hour wait. (Not a problem for me since I had a ride there to drop my car off). I was so thankful and he was very nice and it would get down. I stopped calling around to find a place to bring my car being that I could bring it to Walmart. Well I wake up super early, drive over a half hour to get there and get there at 7 on the dot when they open. NO ONE OPENED THE DOORS FOR 15 minutes. Me and three other people stood outside waiting and then it began to rain. An associate finally opened the door only to tell us that the auto service department would be closed today because their workers “did not show up for work”. I even waited another 20 minutes in hopes that they were just running late and still no one showed up. Every other tire place closes at 12 today and is closed tomorrow being that it’s Sunday. My road is also closed until 12 due to the triathlon in town. So bottom line is I am totally screwed thanks to Walmart !!!!

It was great. The weekend guys they got were awesome. The service girl was friendly. They earned my bussiness

Very poor service on that side they managed to mess up a oil change please dont bring your car there.
