I bought a 2016 ranger 570 with the extended warranty. From the get go it was overheating and was brought in numerous times only for them to tell me they couldn’t figure it out and the only thing I could think of to do is put radiator additive in it to keep the motor from overheating. I figured if there was motor issues they had records of the problem they did not fix.nThis machine went through the pre ride inspection and maintenance before every ride as protocol called for.nI brought it to Champlain valley equipment where I bought the machine and was convinced back in 2016 to get the extended warranty. I asked them when I dropped it off it was covered and was told yes.nI was later called because POLARIS denied coverage because they found dust in the air box. This was at the end of a 40 minute ride on sand trails behind a razor. By the time we get to destination we are all black with dirt.nIt’s obvious that POLARIS and Champlain Valley Equipment sells defective machines that they don’t know how to repair. They also talk you into a worthless warranty they are well aware that Polaris will never honor.nI have talked to dealers who say the May sell Polaris but would never personally purchase one. They are well known for reliability issues and not willing to honor there part of the deal when I paid extra thousands for the warranty.nI have since read there was a recall do to overheating and fires I was never told about. I also found out there was a design the flaw were the air breather hose is to close to the exhaust causing a leak in the box allowing dust in.nChamplain Valley Equipment and Polaris are rip off Artist and I don’t recommend either one unless you liked to be ripped off.
