Called ahead and said they would need the correct tool to open the filter for the oil change or else they would break it. Well they broke it instead of calling me and then charged me for it. Not only that but they didnt give me the full synthetic that I asked for. Maybe learn to listen to your customers!!! When I called I asked for a brake inspection as well w the fuel synthetic oil change. They said it would be $70... well bc they gave me a blend, a $40 oil change turned into a $135... most expensive oil change of my life.

I had an amazing tech who thoroughly explainwd what is wrong, and what should be serviced soon to avoid costly repairs. I didn't feel there there was any pressure to do anything extra or unnecessary, as with some shops. The front desk staff is always friendly, knowledgable and fun.

I absolutely love this place. As a female, I've had too many bad experiences in regards to cars. This place has never been that way AND they do a great job. They're honest and reliable. I trust them (and that's not a word I usually use in regards to car service) completely! Thank you guys for all you do! You rock!
