Maurice's Service Center

We had been taking our car to the dealer only to leave unsatisfied every time. Finally decided enough was enough and gave Maurice's a shot. Wish we made that decision sooner! They're always super accommodating, reasonably priced, and thorough. They take their time to explain what's needed and what can wait. Whenever I hear people complain about getting fleeced by the dealer, I now tell them to go to Maurice's!

Maurice's always do great work for me. They're communicative as well, a big deal - anyone there will step through the work to be done in detail and explain the options.

They said my vehicle needed all this work it didn't need to pass inspection. Everything was either brand new or close to it, and in good, safe, working condition. They're greedy, crooked and rude. You're better off taking your business elsewhere!

I originally gave this business five stars. This is an amended rating.nnI wouldn't recommend this place. I thought I had gone a trusted mechanic when I moved here. I have four drivers in my household, and none of us drive new cars. Multiple repair jobs were brought in which I was quoted more than I was actually charged, that led me to believe that they were being fair and only doing what was needed.nnHowever, the more I went there, the more the prices and repair costs increased. Finally, I brought my truck in for an inspection. They quoted me almost $2,000 worth of repairs just to inspect the vehicle. Some of the repairs that they required I was able to do myself, like brakes. I went to the auto parts store bought four sets of rotors/drums and pads, and started to do the brake job. As soon as I got in, the pads were at least 75% still available, and the rotors showed no pits grooves or excessive rust on the edges.nnI end up bringing my truck, with no additional work done to another auto mechanic who passed the inspection stating that there is no issues to stop it from passing.nnFast forward a year after I decided I wouldn't go there anymore, a vehicle that I had to have them put four tires on had the tires worn down to the wear marks. I brought it into them and they said that it should fall under warranty, but I need my receipt. They claim that they only file receipts under their receipt number. It's 2020, who doesn't use a computer for electronic records at least to reference paper records?nnYou go to any other major mechanic or tire sales place, and they keep their customer information by their customer name so that it's easily located.

This place is awesome. They fix cars correctly the first time. They really know what they are doing. They explain what the issues are and how they need to get repaired.
