Fantastic experience! Handy Toyota in St. Albans had the exact truck I was looking for, but I am located an hour away. When I mentioned I may not be able to get up there until an hour before they closed, Salesman Jesse said he would make sure the team stayed late if needed to make sure I was taken care of. When I got there they already had the truck ready for me to test drive and the whole experience from start to finish was quick and painless. Finance Manager Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Definitely recommend buying your next Toyota from Jesse at Handy Toyota in St. Albans!

I recently found myself needing a new vehicle fairly quickly so I stopped by Handy Toyota and met with Jacob Smith. I went in thinking I would only be able to afford a used vehicle but Jacob reviewed several options with me and I realized a new vehicle made the most sense. I ended up purchasing a new 2021 Tundra for about the same price I expected to pay for a used vehicle. Had an awesome, seamless experience with Handy Toyota's service dept. Was a very smooth process and I didn't have to wait all day- best part was no unexpected costs when I paid. From start to finish, Darren, Mike, and Tracey were all great and were super informative. I'm not a car person but I felt assured my car was being handled with care. I will definitely be back next time!

I scheduled an oil change online and chose a Saturday afternoon time slot. Being able to schedule online and have an appointment on the weekend was super convenient for me. I received the text and email confirmations as requested for the appointment. When I went for the service I was promptly welcomed and the Service Advisor Darren checked my vehicle in. My vehicle was taken right on time for the service and the service was completed under the amount of time I was advised it might take. Darren called me to advise my vehicle was ready to be picked up. He greeted me when I arrived back to pick up my vehicle and assisted me with check out process. I am very pleased with how the appointment went. Thank you Darren & Handy Toyota!

Made my first purchase at Handy Toyota this week, a 2020 RAV4. Stellar dealership! I've had many cars over the years and purchased from a number of dealers both in and out of VT. This purchase was easily the most pleasant. My sales person, Mr. Jean Marie V. Bugwiza (Jean Marie) was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at and genuinely excited about Toyota's brand. He was professional and friendly and not pushy at all. I greatly appreciated the relaxed approach. He even stood out in the rain while going over the car's options to maintain social distance per COVID precautions. I had a few questions as follow up after the purchase and the dealership's General Manager, Mr. Adam Luneau and Jean Marie far exceeded my expectations in both their timeliness and responses - this was AFTER the sale too - which speaks volumes about their customer service. Handy's definitely cares a great deal about their customers and have demonstrated to me that they will go to great lengths to keep them happy. If you don't live in the area, it's worth the drive.
