We live in South Burlington and just leased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Sales Manager Pat Decelles at Bokan Jeep in St. Albans. We were referred by my sister and brother-in-law who had recently leased a new Jeep & Ram at Bokan and raved about their experience. We did some shopping around but decided to follow up on their referral and are glad we did. It was truly a personable, relaxed and pleasant experience from beginning to end. I admit that we were cautious and maybe even skeptical at first, as we've had some not so great car buying experiences at other dealerships in the past. True to their word at Bokan, Pat was transparent throughout the entire process and provided us with any numbers or information that we requested. Pat was wonderful and treated us right from the beginning and worked with us every step of the way to achieve the lease terms, monthly payment etc. that we were looking for. There was also great communication throughout the whole process. Most of the process was completed by phone, email and text. However, I can say that it was worth traveling to the dealership to finalize a few things and take delivery. Once there I enjoyed getting to meet Frankie, Matt and one of the owner's Chris. I felt relaxed and right at home and actually enjoyed the whole experience...rare! I was treated very well by everyone I met that day. I'd like to thank Pat and the rest of the fine folks at Bokan for changing our opinions and experience of car buying/leasing.
