I am very disappointed, it was my favorite car wash but I just about had it with it not working properly. On Wednesday 5/20/20 I went to get my car washed and no soap came out over the car like it is suppose to before the brushes started rubbing on the car. (When brushes rub on a painted surface without soap to allow the brushes to glide over the paint, the brushes scratch the surface). I went in an informed them of the issue and I was given a ticket for a free wash. Very soon thereafter the 2 bay`s that have the brushes were closed for days, I assumed that they were giving it an overhaul to get it up and running perfectly, I was sure others also complained about the same problem. I went today Monday 6/22/20 and used my free wash ticket and guess what, no soap again. I have a brand new 2020 car and don`t appreciate my $32,000 dollar car getting scratched up because Jolley is not taking care of issues they are aware of. Most customers I`m sure are not even aware of the damage being done to their vehicle. Jolley, you should be ashamed of what your company is not doing to assure that customers get what they are paying for never mind the damage being caused.

A good truck stop for drivers! Got caught in the blizzard and this was a great place for us to go! My boyfriend is obsessed with dunkin so even better!

Just left the TOUCH less carwash and my car looks HORRIBLE.nThis is the 2nd time now once I used the one on far right and my car had streaks and spots. That looked untouched so this time I went to the do it yourself carwash in st a by st Albans messenger put 4.00 in and sprayed rinse wash and power rinsed then went to Jolley this time to the far left. Yet again WORSE CAR WASH EVER AFTER SPENDING 9VER 30 2 TIMES ITS CRAZY
