Not very nice people to do business with. Rude . The ' Hot hamburger ' was not even a hamburger. BAD . The French frys and potato wedges were good.
Pretty good place to order from for delivery. Very convenient, especially for when you're lazy to cook or go anywhere. Food is pretty good too. Have had some people be a little rude to me over the phone.
Ordered from here last night; two stars because the food and delivery were great, but the guy on the phone was very short with me and rude even though I only ordered two things. Never asked me for name or payment information, total, anything. Ive worked in customer service in the past for quite some time and this is not how you interact with customers. Not impressed. First time ordering from here and honestly probably the last.
Older guy who answered the phone to place my takeout order was EXTREMELY rude from the start of our interaction. “That’s not how you order that” is what he told me after I asked for a BLT sub with turkey. So sorry for not knowing there is a specific way to order a simple sandwich. Definitely will not be ordering from there ever again, at least until they hire someone with a significantly better attitude toward customers.
Got 2 pizzas and a salad there labor day while visiting my daughter in Swanton. My pizza was way over cooked, to hard to eat, the other was almost as bad. The salad was made of wilted lettuce and was very bitter. Called to let them know, got a grumpy old guy on the phone who could have cared less. Didn't offer any fix. Will never get anything from there again.
